Honestly, this setting couldn’t use for import the email account with gmail or other emails provider. This setting just for your ittelkom mail and for corporate users.

I’ll explain step by step how to configure your outlook.

1. Please set up your initiation email configuration like alias name, email address, password, and retype password.

2. Choose email service with Internet E-Mail

3. Next, you have to configure Internet E-mail Setting.  The Configuration is about your E-mail Address, Incoming email server and outgoing email server with 10.14.203.186, and your user name and password.

4. Please click more setting to configure outgoing server and advanced setting.

Outgoing server has to change to requires authentication by checking the option.

Advanced setting has to change use an encrypted connection by checking the SSL.

click OK for submitting your configuration.

5. The last step is testing your account setting.

after the testing is done and successful, you could see the result.

 

after finishing the step with next and finish, it’s mean your setting is completely done.
